Summer in a bowl best describes this dish.  Blue berries, strawberries, blue cheese with slow roasted most delicious chicken on earth tossed together with some greens and a blueberry vinaigrette.  

Created in the Dawg Kitchen by Aunt Patti!  Slow roasted sooo tender and juicy chicken.  Shredded and mixed with celery, shallots, carrots, dried cherries, and finely chopped fennel.  Lightly tossed in a rich, creamy sauce, dill and parsley.  Best you'll ever have!
